Both. Shahi Bazar is a fully functional online store built as part of our university entrepreneurship course. We process real orders, handle real payments, and ship real products. Our professor grades us based on customer satisfaction, so we treat every order seriously.
That's a fair question. Before any product goes live on our store, at least one of our team members has personally tested it. We don't dropship random items. If we wouldn't buy it for ourselves, we don't list it. And if you receive something that doesn't match the description, we have a clear return policy.
We currently accept only Cash on Delivery (COD). We are working on adding JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and credit/debit card support in the near future. All orders are verified before processing.
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days across Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.
We will replace it or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Because our grade depends on customer happiness, we prioritize these issues immediately.
Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted connections (SSL) for all transactions. We never share your data with anyone outside our team, and we only use it to fulfill your order. Our hosting is on Namecheap's secure servers.
That depends on you. If customers support us and we see real demand, we want to keep Shahi Bazar running beyond the semester. For now, we are fully committed while the course is active — and we will update you if anything changes.
